The Kreuzmarkt is a mix between a bicycle market and a weekly market of a very special kind. Here everyone should get the chance to present his products, ideas and projects. A platform to network with others. A market by and for the neighborhood and on one of the last free Spree properties!
Miso Workshop
2 pm - 5 pm
"In this workshop, we will be making miso paste made from fresh koji and all-natural, traditional Japanese ingredients. Each participant gets his own Miso in a wake-up glass to take home and continue to mature. You will learn all about the fermentation process as well as the health aspects of miso. You can try a dozen miso variations from traditional to experimental. At the beginning you get an amazake smoothie and in the end there is a hot miso soup for everyone." This is the last event before Prince Charles closes its doors.
Every end is a new beginning! "With this in mind we would like to invite you this weekend for the last time to dance with us through the night, to drink and to remember the past years. The last two parties at Prince Charles "as we know it" are dedicated to our friends, partners, employees, DJs, organizers and of course you too. ❤️ Before the evening really starts we let our favorite cubs of 🎲 Bingolinchen spin the wheel of fortune until we bring the pool to a final boil with our residents."
